Seagulls soar over Memorial Park in Springville. Highs reached 63 in Springville, offering a chance to rake leaves or go for a stroll. However, clouds will increase throughout the day today as another storm approaches. Rain and snow are expected Friday, and temperatures will be much chillier by the weekend, with highs in the 30s and lows near 20 forecast.
