May 25 - 28 — Scandinavian Heritage Festival in Ephraim. The Scandinavian Heritage Festival & Conference celebrates Mormon pioneers from Scandinavia who colonized central Utah in the 1800s and the estimated 600,000 Utahns who can trace their ancestry to Scandinavian immigrants. May 26 - May 30 — Tour Of Utah in Lehi. The Cycling Festival bicycle race. A host of vendors will provide cycling goods, concessions. The festival also features live entertainment including musical performers, a BMX air show and professional racing on-site.

May 27 — Campfire Program at Wasatch State Park in Midway. Our Wild Neighbors. Join the naturalist for a slide show about our wild neighbors. Learn what they're doing living life on the wild side.

May 27 - 30 — Mountain man Rendezvous in Hyrum.

The Old Ephraim Mountain Man Club presents the 30th anniversary of the 2005 Cache Valley Rendezvous, a reenactment of the Mountain Man era of 1825-1840. May 28 — Campfire program: Many Faces of Bats at Wasatch Mountain State Park in Midway. How many species of bats are there? Are they helpful or harmful to humans? Learn the answers to these and many other "bat myths" during this program. Phone: 435-654-1791.

May 28 — Miserable Meteric Marathon in Salina. The Metric Marathon will begin in Salina Canyon at the site of the Black Hawk War between the pioneers and Indians in the 1860s. The Meteric Marathon is 26.2K (16.27 miles) and follows the frontage road finishing in the Salina City Park. Phone: 435-529-3220.

May 28 — Spring City Annual Heritage Day & DUP Historic Homes Tour Art & Antiques show explore Utah's best-preserved Mormon village during the annual heritage day.
