The Deseret Morning News is publishing a series of profiles of the major-party candidates seeking election to federal office. First Congressional District candidates were featured Saturday; today we focus on the 2nd District; Monday will feature the 3rd District, and the U.S. Senate race will be the topic on Tuesday.
