A Utah nonprofit, Interfaith Power and Light, is awarding money to a few faith communities that celebrate Earth Day with words or music.

It will give up to $400 for sermons or musical compositions on climate change, stewardship of creation and/or sustainability.

Faith communities must use the money to purchase insulation, ceiling fans, energy-efficient appliances, or by making other earth-friendly improvements.
