Utah Jazz: Team has 23rd pick in NBA Draft
HOUSTON The NBA on Thursday broke ties and, based on final regular-season records, set its selection order for the league's June 26 player draft.
The Jazz will pick 23rd in the first round, after Orlando and before a Phoenix selection now owned by Seattle.
Utah also has two choices in the second round: No. 46 overall, originally owned by Philadelphia, and its own at 53.
Miami has the best chance to select No. 1 among non-playoff teams. The Heat have 250 chances out of 1,000 to win the league's draft lottery, which is scheduled for May 20. Seattle follows with 199 chances.
