Stop defending FLDS
Ramon Swapp (Readers' Forum, May 5) states that the children of Fundamentalist LDS Church members were kidnapped. He compares this to a baby being taken and the nation being moved by this action. Yes, these children were removed, and statistics show that more than 50 percent of those children have either given birth or are pregnant. If that is not a reason to protect these children from the selfish and sick acts of men and women, what is?
Stop defending these sickos who disguise rape as religion. Stand up for these children.
