Best Vinyl fence company acquires Saddleback Vinyl

Best Vinyl Acquisition Corp. said Thursday that it has acquired Saddleback Vinyl Products Inc.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Salt Lake City-based Best Vinyl, a subsidiary of Marwit Capital Partners II LP, is a vinyl-fence installation and distribution company with operations in Utah, Idaho, Hawaii and Southern California.

Saddleback Vinyl, based in Santa Ana, Calif., is one of the largest installers of vinyl fences and related vinyl products in Southern California.
