Piles of debris catch fire in Spanish Fork Canyon
Robert Tonioli, assistant fire management office for Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forests, said the fire started earlier Saturday and spread to three piles of forest debris. Tonioli said the cause is probably man-made, and it has burned about two acres of land.
Forest Service crews have contained the blaze, and Tonioli estimates it will burn out by early Sunday morning.
