Ballpark built in bad spot

Little League Baseball, especially during the state championship games, is the bomb! With all the available land in Provo, someone chose to build the ballpark on Geneva Road, the state truck route, creating another potential "bomb" for our Little Leaguers. Do we have to wait until a child is seriously injured or even killed for the city to do something about this problem?
