Don't 'free' poison gas

In 1989, the United States and USSR each agreed to get rid of poison gas within 18 years. Congress didn't adequately fund the program, and the ordinance people didn't get their job done. Uncle Sam's bureaucrats are now asking permission to move the remaining poison gas out of secure bunkers on military installations and put it on the highways and railroads of America, with a concomitant increase in risk of accident, loss or terrorist attack.

They assure us that we can trust them, but with their proven track record of incompetence the answer is a no-brainer. No way, no how, never!
