Ignorant cell phone yakkers
I wonder if people realize how they come across when they enter a business yakking on their cell phones. They proceed to the front counter where they hold up their index finger in the universal "wait" position. They are so important the people behind them must wait. They are completely indifferent not only to the people behind them but to the person at the counter.
Life is stressful enough without having to deal with this incredibly ignorant behavior.
