Try skeleton crew at offices

I have been reading the pros and cons from your readers on the four-day workweek. Why not try this: Have a skeleton crew working on Mondays and Fridays or give an option to those who don't want to work a 10-hour day. The remaining crew could work eight-hour days and thus supplement others who are off. This would be a win-win situation for everyone.

If the public needs to access these offices on Friday, they should be open. Customer service should come first.
