Let's work together on energy

Consumers and environmentalists need to get on the same side in solving our present dilemma with the availability and prices of energy.

It does no good for an environmentalist to harp about "conserving" when that person is a hypocrite by driving a car or using energy in home appliances.

It does no good for consumers to complain about the price of electricity when the majority of power plants generate that electricity by oil or coal.

Not until everyone "feels the pinch" and gets behind united efforts to harness wind and solar power will we see any lowering of electricity costs.
