Baseball Sunday: Hometown report, minor leagues

Steven Hirschfeld: Struck out the side in his one inning pitched for the West team in the Midwest League All-Star game in Midland, Mich., this week. He did give up a triple and a wild pitch for one earned run, but his team won 5-4 in extra innings.

Kameron Mickolio: Since his promotion from Double-A Bowie, Mickolio has been lights-out. He's pitched five shutout innings and picked up a save.
