The Nova Scotia native does all she can to adhere to and embody the principles of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which isn't always simple for a woman living in a province of Canada that has only one stake. Adherence means more than a casual effort to attend church with her family, more than offering an occasional family prayer.
