Trial to begin in November over threats to lieutenant governor
Authorities say Bradley Roberts Taylor sent numerous threatening e-mails to Lt. Gov. Gary Herbert and Rep. Brad Daw, an Orem Republican. The e-mails included comments that Taylor had taken an oath to kill, was justified to use force and wanted to organize an armed militia.
Authorities say Taylor's anger comes over a disputed DUI conviction by Taylor.
On Wednesday, 4th District Judge Lynn Davis set a trial for Nov. 24-25.
