The Dave Matthews Band concert at the USANA Amphitheatre has been canceled, the band said in a statement through United Concerts.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone and appreciate everyone's understanding during this difficult time," the statement said, referring to the recent death of the band's saxophonist LeRoi Moore.

Earlier, the band had postponed its USANA Amphitheatre concert after Moore's death.

Ticket refunds are available.
