CROSS COUNTRY: BYU junior Angela Wagner has been selected as the Mountain West Conference women's cross country athlete of the week.

Wagner placed first for the Cougars and 12th overall at the Bill Dellinger Invitational last Saturday in Oregon. She clocked a 6K time of 21:14 and now leads the conference for the fastest time at that distance. Wagner's competition included runners from No. 1 Oregon, No. 11 Arkansas and No. 17 Colorado State. This is her second weekly honor of the season.
