HB7 A bill to repeal a law allowing undocumented students who attend a Utah high school for three years and graduate pay in-state tuition never got a vote from the full House.
HB179 The House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee took no action on this bill to require employers to verify the Social Security numbers of all new hires through the Department of Homeland Security.
HB64 A bill to repeal driving privilege cards for undocumented immigrants was tabled by the House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee.
