Plan fun family ride on Heber railroad
The Heber Valley Historic Railroad station is located at 450 S. 600 West. Listed below are a variety of options for family fun. Times reflect departure and return.
• Provo Limited Scenic Excursions — Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2-5 p.m. Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through August.
• Soldier Hollow Express — Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 3-4:30 p.m. through August.
• Pioneer Day Fiddlers and Fireworks — July 24. Train departs at 8 p.m. and returns approximately at 10:45 p.m.
• Trail Hopper Bike or Hike/Train Ride Combo — Tuesday through Sunday (new, see Web site for details)
• River Rafting/Train Ride Combo, Tuesday-Saturday through Aug. 26. at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; 1-5 p.m.
• Hay Train (new) July 29 and Aug. 25, 6:30-9 p.m.
• Heber Valley Hoedown Vittles and Fiddles — July 14, Aug. 12 and Sept. 22, 6:30-9 p.m.
• Comedy Murder Mystery — July 22, Aug. 5 and 19, 6:30-9 p.m.
