Most of Utah experienced a boom in sales-tax revenues, with an average increase of 13 percent. Here are the 10 cities and towns that saw the biggest increases and the five that dropped the most:

• Vineyard 64.9 percent
• Draper South* 53.5 percent
• Saratoga Springs 49.3 percent
• Fairfield 49.2 percent
• Milford 49.0 percent
• Eagle Mountain 46.1 percent
• Cedar Hills 46.0 percent
• Salem 45.0 percent
• South Jordan 40.0 percent

Biggest decreases
• Naples 18.3 percent
• Alta 10.7 percent
• Bicknell 11.0 percent
• South Salt Lake 9.1 percent
• Park City 8.1 percent
