The days of sneaking into your older sister’s room to hurriedly read her leather-bound diary may be numbered.
An LDS-oriented journaling Web site launched earlier this month takes the age-old practice of journal-writing and makes it into a digital and password-protected one, allowing users to securely and privately write their histories using the Internet.
LDSJournal.com is a business created by Las Vegas businessman Nick Jones, who saw the need for an easier, more protected way of journaling. Seeing how accessible and public information is through social networking sites and blogs, Jones said he wanted to develop a protected site for his users.
