Authorities search for carjacking suspects at Grand Canyon
Thirty-six-year-old Travis N. "T-Bo" Twiggs and 38-year-old Willard "Will" Twiggs are accused of stealing a car at gunpoint from two people Monday night near Lipan Point.
The National Park Service believes the brothers took the car after crashing their own vehicle inside the park some three hours earlier.
Park spokeswoman Shannan Marcak (MAR'-chak) says Travis Twiggs is a military veteran with survival and tracking skills who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and is unpredictable.
A late spring snowstorm that hit overnight hampered efforts to find the men but the weather was clearing at midday Tuesday. The missing car is a white 2008 Dodge Caliber 4-door hatchback, bearing Arizona license plate 606RFC.
