Orem Owlz slip up in defensive test
BILLINGS — The first run of the neck-and-neck game between the Owlz and the Mustangs came in the fourth inning, when Michael Konstanty reached home after being set up at third by a fielding error by Owlz' third baseman Luis Jimenez. Konstanty went 2-for-3 at the plate in the low -scoring battle, bringing in David Sappelt with a line drive in the sixth and enabling the Billings to reclaim the advantage and an eventual 2-1 win over Orem.
VOYAGERS 5, RAPTORS 4: GREAT FALLS — The Voyagers gained momentum in the fifth when Tyler Kuhn nailed a double, after which Great Falls went on a 5-0 run, sealing their victory despite a 3-run ninth inning for the Raptors.
