Ingredients

1 (46-ounce) can V-8 juice
4 cups water
1 cup sliced carrots
5 beef bouillon cubes
Garlic powder to taste
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 small zucchini, sliced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Directions

Simmer ingredients together. Don't overcook.
