Lobster Roll

Ingredients

This recipe can also be used with crab.

For each serving:
1/2 cup fresh cooked lobster meat
1-2 tablespoons diced celery
1 tablespoon good-quality mayonnaise
Fresh lemon juice to taste
1 hot dog bun, buttered and toasted


Directions

Mix together the lobster, celery, and mayonnaise. Taste and season with lemon juice. Stuff warm hot dog bun with the mixture and serve immediately.
