Devonshire Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
1/2 cup sour cream


Directions

In a chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Add sugar during the last few minutes of beating. Fold in sour cream and blend.

At the feaste, this cream is served alongside slices of cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries and blackberries.
