Apricot-Lemon Bundt Cake

Ingredients

For the cake:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1 3-ounce box lemon Jell-O
3/4 cup apricot puree
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Glaze:
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Heat oven to 325 degrees.


Directions

Combine cake ingredients in an electric mixer and blend well. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until done. Remove cake from pan.

Mix glaze ingredients together.
