Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 10-ounce cans chunk white chicken, drained
1/2 to 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup red seedless grapes, each cut in half
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Salt and pepper
15-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained


Directions

In medium bowl, combine chicken and mayonnaise. Stir in grapes, celery and almonds, if desired. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Gently stir in oranges just before serving. Serves 4.
