Fat-Free Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients

1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Allow mixture to come to a boil for about 1 minute. Take off the heat and cool. Freeze until firm. Consistency will be a little sticky rather than slushy. Makes about 4 servings.
