Honey Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients

3 pounds country-style pork ribs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Place country-style pork ribs in the bottom of a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Drain. Reduce heat to low. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over ribs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours. Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. Place in gallon freezer bag. Label and freeze. Makes 8 servings (or 2 batches of 4 servings).


Directions

To serve: Thaw. Heat until hot throughout.
