Ingredients

2 full racks baby back pork ribs
6 ounces hoisin sauce
1 ounce fresh ginger
4 ounces of maraschino cherries
4 ounces of rice wine vinegar
Water to cover
Chopped scallions


Directions

Have your butcher split the racks of ribs into 3 sections when you buy them. Add all ingredients except scallions to a 5-quart slow cooker. Cook until ribs are tender, about 6 hours. Add the chopped scallions at serving time. Makes 6-8 servings.
