Masha's Salad

Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus (use only the tips)
1 sweet pepper, diced
10-15 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 soft avocado, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil, mixed with balsamic vinegar dressing
5 thin slices Parmigiana cheese


Directions

Blanche asparagus, then cool (to speed cooling, run under cold water). Mix veggies and pour dressing over them. Top with cheese. — Masha and Andrei Kirilenko
