Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 15-19 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 fresh chopped jalapeno pepper, with half the seeds removed
2 tablespoons snipped cilantro or parsley (or use 1 tablespoon of each)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon sugar to taste
Directions
Pour beans in a bowl. Use a food processor to chop and mix the rest of the ingredients (or if you don't have a food processor, do it by hand).
Combine with beans and stir. Mix well and chill until serving time.
