Pink Lemonade Tart

Ingredients

1 recipe Tart Pastry, baked in a 9- or 10-inch pan
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup lemon juice
2-3 drops pink food coloring
1 cup whipping cream


Directions

Combine milk, lemon juice and food coloring. Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the cream into the lemon mixture. Pour into pastry shell and chill.
