Berry & White Chocolate Tarts

Ingredients

1 recipe Tart Pastry, baked in small tart pans
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 ounces white chocolate chips
Fresh or frozen berries (or other fruit if desired)


Directions

Heat the cream, butter and chopped white chocolate on high in a microwave oven for 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Spread the cream evenly on cooled tart shells and arrange fresh berries on top. Serve garnished with dollops of whipped cream, if desired.
