Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/2 cup real butter (no substitutes)
1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Mix flour and sugar together. Add butter, cut into pieces, and using fingertips, mix it together until evenly distributed. Knead mixture together to form soft but not sticky dough. Divide dough in half and shape into two rounds, about 3/4-inch thick. Notch around the edge to signify the sun's rays. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until bottoms turn light brown.
