Author: Valerie Phillips
Ingredients
1 16-ounce package frozen sliced, sweetened strawberries
1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk, or 1/4 cup non-instant (or 2 tablespoons Morning Moo's)
1 cup cold water
Allow the berries to partially thaw. Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Serves 2.
Directions
Variations: You can also use frozen unsweetened strawberries, or other types of fresh, canned or frozen fruit. Just sweeten to taste. With fresh or canned fruit, you'll want to add 6 or 7 ice cubes instead of the cold water.
