Crab Dip

Ingredients

16 ounces imitation crab
1 8-ounce block of Neufchatel cheese (lite cream cheese)
1/2 cup white cooking wine or 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar


Directions

Mix ingredients together. Warm in the oven or microwave about 2 minutes and stir so the cheese melts.
