Corn Casserole

Ingredients

2 cans whole-kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
2 egg whites
1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
Cheddar, feta or mozzarella cheese as desired


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until mixture is set. Or give it a head start by microwaving it for a few minutes, then finishing it in the oven.
