James' Excellent Veggie Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup diced chicken
1 package light cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 packages crescent rolls
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Soften cream cheese and mix with soup. Add remaining ingredients (except rolls) and mix.
Separate rolls, flatten into triangles, place 1 tablespoon filling in center, fold corners in and pinch edges closed.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
