Author: Vern Winterton, Lehi, "101 Things to do with a Dutch Oven"
Ingredients
1 can apple pie filling
1 spice cake mix
1 can Dr Pepper or lemon-lime soda (NOT diet)
Directions
Spoon pie filling in bottom of Dutch oven, then sprinkle cake mix over top. Pour soda over cake mix trying to completely cover. Bake at 350 degrees using 10 coals on bottom and 14 on top. Bake 30-35 minutes, or until cake begins pulling away from sides. Serves 12.
