Reduced-Fat Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1 cup skim milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound pasta, cooked


Directions

Combine cream cheese and milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add Parmesan and take off heat. Adjust seasoning. Toss hot pasta with sauce.
