Cheesecake Apples

Ingredients

3-4 apples
3-4 wooden skewers
1 6-ounce package white baking chocolate
6 ounces cream cheese


Directions

Wash apples and dry with paper towel. Skewer each apple on stem end and chill in refrigerator.

In a microwave on medium-low setting, melt chocolate and cream cheese together, stirring at 30-second intervals, until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Dip apples, spreading with a spatula as necessary. Place on parchment paper or a greased pan and refrigerate until set.
