Butterscotcheroos

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup chunky peanut butter
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup milk or semisweet semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until mixed. Pour over Rice Krispies. Mix. Spread into buttered 9-by-13-inch pan.

Melt butterscotch and chocolate chips in microwave oven set on low heat.

Stir, then spread over Rice Krispies mixture.

Allow butterscotch/chocolate mixture to cool until set. Cut into 36 bars.
