Spiced Cranberry Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
12-oz. bag of fresh cranberries
zest of 1 orange
1 pear, peeled, cored and chopped
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring the water and sugars to a boil. Add the cranberries, orange zest, chopped pear and spice. Lower heat to a simmer and cook until cranberries begin to pop and soften, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in the vinegar and nuts. Chill until ready to serve. Serves 6-8.
