Ingredients/Directions
Rinse turkey. Take out the neck and giblets. Stuff if desired. Place turkey breast bone down in roasting pan. Encase pan and turkey in heavy-duty aluminum foil pull off two sheets and fold together in center, making a tent. Put two cups water in base of pan. Bake at 450 degrees F for about two hours this is for a 15-pound turkey, (should register 180 degrees, check after 2 1/2 hours; add more water if necessary). Turkey will be moist and steamed but not browned.
