Prime Rib

Ingredients

any size prime rib roast
black pepper
salt
garlic salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake generous amounts of salt, garlic salt and pepper over the top of the roast. Place into shallow baking pan (do not cover) and bake for approximately two hours. Check internal temperature. At 1 1/2 hours, if "medium" doneness is desired, pull meat out at 135 degrees and let stand for 10 minutes. If "medium well done" is desired, pull out at 155 degrees and let stand.
