Six Pack of Raspberry Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
1/3 cup honey
1 cup red wine or raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Need: 6 washed and dried 6 oz. Perrier bottles
6 clean corks (available at Pier 1 stores)

Combine all ingredients except poppy seeds and blend until smooth and creamy. Add poppy seeds and pour into bottles. Cork and attach directions (printed below) with ribbon. Refrigerate until ready to deliver. Will keep for about one week chilled.
