Ingredients

Polish sausages
Buns
Chili
Diced onions
Salsa con queso or squirtable processed cheese
Blue tortilla chips, crumbled


Directions

Cook polish sausages in a pot of simmering water — don't boil — for about 10 to 15 minutes. Steam the buns or microwave on high about 30 seconds. Place a cooked polish sausage in a bun. Top it with two to three ounces of chili, 1 teaspoon of diced onions, 2 ounces of salsa con queso or squirtable processed cheese, and crumbled blue tortilla chips. Repeat for each serving.
